Responsibilities:

• Customer Contact : Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in building relationships and understanding their needs. You will represent Spore.Bio, our know-how and our values.
• Market Insights Contribution: Participate in market studies and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and development roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and opportunities.
• Administrative and HR Management: Manage daily tasks ensuring smooth business operations. Provide administrative support, office management, and recruitment assistance.
• Process Formalization and Internal Communication: Contribute to the formalization of processes, internal communication, cultural initiatives and event organization.
• Support: Provide support to teams in various operational needs, developing knowledge and expertise across all our tasks and roles.

Job Requirements:

• Education Background : You are passionnate and have a solid understanding of the technology landscape. You are looking for an end-of studies or gap year engineering school internship. Whatever your technical field, we just need you to understand our tech !
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interest and curiosity in understanding customer needs and delivering user-friendly solutions. While no specific degree or training is required, you have a business-mindset, you are confortable with the exercise and human contact doesn’t scare you !
• Thirst for Learning: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and experience new things, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and development.
• Initiative and Dynamism: Take initiative and approach tasks with energy and enthusiasm, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
